A note from Level99 about holiday delivery and COVID-19

Dear Level99 customer, 

This holiday season, online shopping and shipping volumes are expected to be at an all-time high.  As a result, small parcel delivery delays are expected.  We encourage you to shop early this season to ensure your items arrive on time.  

We are all aware of the severity of COVID-19 and probably exhausted from the anxiety and uncertainty. We do not want to add to the stress, we do want to let you know how we’re dealing.  In support and solidarity our main business operations are temporarily suspended so our employees can stay at home.  

You can shop anytime and as much as you want on our website. Our return and refund policy has been extended 30 days from date of shipment.  We ask for your continued patience and support.  Please know that we will do our part to get your items shipped to you quickly and efficiently.
