Tencel™ is our zero-waste hero. Tencel™ produced from renewable natural wood pulp in an environmentally responsible closed loop process. In their closed loop manufacturing system, the solvent-spinning process recycles and reuse 99% of the water and solvent used.
Linen and Tencel™ lyocell are biodegradable and can revert back to nature.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise but if something isn’t right, please let us know. Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 21 days from package delivery that was shipped to a U.S. address.
Unfortunately we cannot accept merchandise returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. All exchanges/returns from other retailers must be sorted out with the original retailer. Only items purchased from Level99jeans.com can be accepted.
If you believe your merchandise to be defective or damaged, please contact us at estore@level99jeans.com.
Mail Returns
When using our prepaid label, $7.50 will be deducted from your refund. Or you may send the return using a carrier of your choice at your convenience. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer; please find the most economical method for your return package.
Return Process
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment**. If an exchange item requested has a greater or less value than the original purchase price, the difference will be charged or credited to the original form of payment once the exchange has been processed. We may choose to decline your return or exchange request if item(s) appear to be used or missing tags. Any items that appear to be used will be returned at the customer’s expense.
**Shipping charges are non-refundable

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, the package will be processed in 7 business days. Once the refund has been fully processed your refund/credit will be issued and may take 3-4 business days to show up on your account depending on the bank. Customers will be notified via email once credit has been issued back.
Customers with accounts can check the status of their shipments returns and credits online.
Shipping Guidelines
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders placed Monday –Friday are processed within two to three business days. Level99jeans.com does not process or ship orders over the weekend and company observed holidays. Please allow extra time during Holiday and peak periods.
Level99jeans.com is unable ship orders to PO Boxes, DPO/APO/FPO addresses.
For security reasons, any shipping addresses with a unit, apt, suite number will require a signature for delivery. If you are unable to receive your package please use an alternative shipping address or make arrangements with the carrier.
Shipping order confirmation
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
International Shipping
At this time Level99jeans.com cannot accept international credit cards. We are able to take international orders and credit cards manually. To place an international order, please email us at estore@level99jeans.com with what you wish to purchase, size and your shipping address. Once we receive this information, we will be able to get you an estimate of the customs, freight and duties that will need to be added to the cost before finalizing the order.
